PeriTrack combines your blood work with data from Oura, Polar and Withings: biological age, VO₂max time, zone 2 minutes, strength sessions, steps, sleep parameters and your real weekly expenditure. It does not diagnose — it tells you whether your numbers are good for your age or merely normal.
What is my biological age?
It describes how "old" your measurable body functions look compared with your date of birth. PeriTrack calculates it with the PhenoAge approach from routine blood markers and shows the difference from your calendar age. It is an interpretation, not a forecast.
Can I lower my biological age?
The markers it is built from can change through movement, sleep, nutrition and inflammatory load. Promising a number of years back would be dishonest — what you can see is the direction over months.
How much zone 2 do I need per week?
Around 150 minutes per week in the calm aerobic range is the usual orientation. PeriTrack merges your zone 2 minutes from Oura and Polar.
How do I train VO₂max after 45?
As intervals at your limit, classically about 3 minutes hard and 3 minutes easy over several rounds. Roughly 10 minutes of real zone 5 time per week is a realistic start; the zone 5 seconds come from your Polar sessions.
Is my Oura Ring not enough?
The ring provides the best raw data but knows neither your blood work nor the research targets that make it meaningful. PeriTrack adds that interpretation and does not replace the ring.
Which blood tests do I need for longevity?
Relevant markers include ApoB, Lp(a), CRP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, homocysteine, albumin, creatinine and blood count parameters such as RDW and MCV, plus thyroid and hormone values.
Is longevity different for women?
In important ways, yes: muscle and bone loss accelerate across the transition, deep sleep changes, fat distribution shifts, and cardiovascular risk rises as estradiol falls.
Do I need a wearable to start?
No. You can enter labs, weight and training manually; with devices connected, the movement and sleep side runs automatically.
Is PeriTrack a medical device?
No. PeriTrack does not diagnose and does not replace medical care.
